ben&kendall | metro detroit, michigan wedding

There are so many things about this beautiful day featured below that remind me of why I love being a photographer of weddings so much.

Part of her mom’s wedding dress wrapped around her bouquet. The best reaction to seeing his bride for the first time. The song he wrote and performed for her (which was bananas amazing). The sparkle in both of their eyes. The ways they honored their friends and family so humbly and beautifully with their actions and words. How many of their friends and family they involved in the happenings of their day - not to save money, just because they value their talents and personalities so highly. It was such a wonderful thing to witness. A large group of people brought together by an absolutely incredible amount of love coming from all angles. That’s the kind of day we want to be a part of.

Oh, and the dance party didn’t suck either.

B&K - you’re just amazing people. You planned a beautiful day to celebrate your marriage for all the right reasons, done in just the right way. Asking us be a part of it is a little piece of gold we’ll always have. :)

Special thanks to the amazing people that worked so hard to make this day >>
